Fun remodel show
OK - so you're not going to remodel rooms in your house at $100,000 a pop. But Rob "Vanilla Ice" is fun to watch as a contractor. He genuinely enjoys doing this kind of work and it shows. He actually treats people well in real life, not like a typical rock star. The show is family friendly and is just fun. I enjoy it and so does my whole family.
Not what you think
I was surprised how well I liked this series. It's real estate investing/house flipping that's not boring. He has done his homework and has good renovation ideas.
I gave Rob a chance.
Is he stuck in the 80's? probably. but does seem to know the value of a dollar and he knows his stuff..... I don't know how he could afford to sell million dollar flip homes back in 2010 in the middle of the housing crash but...
